Ahuenco

In today's blog I'll talk about my favorite vacations.
During the summer of 2014 I went to a beautiful place called Ahuenco, which is located in Chiloe.
Ahuenco is a private reserve but it's quite similar to a national park. The idea of this reserve is to preserve the natural state of the place, so there is no electricity or drinking water and we had to bring all the food because there were no places to buy.
I went with my whole family, my parents, my uncles and aunts and all my cousins.
We were there for two weeks and did different activities, my favorites were walking through the woods and swimming on the beach even though the water was freezing, you could even see penguins!
These were my favorite vacations because, as I told you before my whole family was there and the place is one of the most beautiful I've seen, also there were many animals besides penguins such as sea lions, pudus, foxes and many types of birds.

The flora and fauna are truly beautiful! It must be a very unique experience to go there and stay without electricity or water for two weeks.
