The ugly truth of my career :(

 Hi everyone!

Today I want to share with you the ugly truth of my career.

I am studying Performance Desing, and I love it, but it is definitely a very stressul career.

To start this post I will tell you about my worst experience so far in the career. This happened the first semester of my second year, in the most important class I have. I had to submit a design for the play "The Tempest" by William Shakespeare and the creation process was horrible, I never understood the play and every time I presented something to my professor, like costumes ideas or scenographies it was wrong so I felt very frustrated and sad. The worst part is that I didn’t like what I  ended up presenting.

I have also had bad experiences with teachers, the worst was in a theater history class, the teacher never organized what he was going to teach us so we ended up hearing the same thing in all the classes and it was very boring.

I generally don't sleep as much as I would like, I sleep 5 or 4 hours a night because I always have work to do in the evening and I can't do it earlier because I'm at classes.

The end of semester is always the most stressful time of the year, all of my exams are at the same time, so in those weeks I don't sleep, I eat very badly and cry from stress, luckily I always have my friends who help me with everything I need.

The good thing that when this week of exams ends I can sleep all day.

Despite everything I told you, I love my career and I would never change it, although it can be difficult sometimes I really like to design and create new things.

Thank’s for Reading, have a good weekend 😊
